About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Control Operations Specialist to join our team at ING. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring Product Control Reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze issues experienced in the reporting process and initiate the implementation of solutions, either in process or in systems.
  • Liaise with colleagues from Trading Risk Management, ING Hubs, and Tech to create an environment of virtuous improvement and implement metrics to monitor the performance of the reporting processes.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Derivatives products and Financial Risk drivers, understand Data flows and the drive to improve.
Requirements
  • Master's or bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of working experience in the Financial Markets, Market Risk, or Operations environments.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to simplify complexity and drive operational excellence.
  • Pro-active, creative, and an out-of-the-box thinker with strong resilience and ability to navigate through ambiguity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work as part of a team but also independently.
