Job Title: Sales Director

Job Summary:

Mercury Hampton Ltd is seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to lead our sales team in the Netherlands. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals and driving business growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and grow business in the Netherlands
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales plans
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of sales leadership and business growth
  • Strong sales and marketing skills, with experience in the mechanical engineering industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with ability to motivate and develop sales teams
  • Experience with sales training and development programs
