Unlock Your Potential as a Staff Digital Design Engineer

IC Resources is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Digital Design Engineer to join our international team. As a key player in our ASIC R&D team, you will be responsible for the complete digital ASIC design flow, from specification and modeling to synthesis and silicon bring-up.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement digital ASICs using Verilog or System Verilog
  • Develop and implement test benches and digital verification methods
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects and meet deadlines
  • Lead and mentor junior engineers to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements:
  • Master's or Ph.D. in Electronics Engineering or related field
  • At least 10 years of experience in ASIC digital design
  • Strong knowledge of RTL design, coding, and implementation
  • Programming skills in languages such as Python, C/C++, or Perl
Preferred Skills:
  • Technical leadership experience
  • Knowledge of Analog/Mixed-Signal (AMS) IP or full chip development
  • Implementation of DSP functions on an ASIC or development of DSP algorithms
  • UVM Verification and test benches
