Senior Digital Design Engineer

Job Summary:
IC Resources is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Digital Design Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our ASIC R&D team, you will be responsible for designing and developing advanced digital ASIC solutions for a wide range of applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop digital ASICs using Verilog or System Verilog
- Implement test benches and digital verification methods
- Develop and maintain high-quality digital design documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Lead and mentor junior engineers to develop their skills and expertise
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Electronics Engineering or related field
- At least 10 years of experience in digital ASIC design
- Strong knowledge of digital design principles and methodologies
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lead and mentor junior engineers
Preferred Qualifications:
- Technical leadership experience
- Knowledge of analog/mixed-signal (AMS) IP or full chip development
- Experience with digital signal processing (DSP) functions on ASICs
- Back-end physical design and implementation experience
- UVM verification and test bench development experience
