Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects, providing technical expertise and product positioning.
- Drive and manage the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working closely with the sales team.
- Establish and maintain a strong understanding of each target client's business, operations, and industry trends.
- Develop and articulate business value/ROI case studies, and participate in account planning and planning meetings.
- Support the development of new and follow-up solutions, services, and education opportunities.
- Minimum of 10 years experience in a pre-sales position.
- Relevant certifications.
- Strong communication skills, including proficient verbal and written Dutch & English language skills.
- Strong knowledge of the sales process.
- Domain expertise within IT Infrastructure, Cloud Technologies, Application Delivery, Business Analytics, or Log Management.
