Shape the Future with ECCO: ESG Reporting Expert Wanted

ECCO is seeking a dedicated ESG Reporting Expert to lead our journey towards sustainable excellence. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our ESG disclosures.

About the Role:

In this critical position, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining an internal control framework for ESG data collection, reporting, and verification. You will also be responsible for providing insightful guidance on regulatory compliance and ensuring that our ESG disclosures meet the highest standards of transparency and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and maintain an internal control framework for ESG data collection, reporting, and verification.
  • Develop data quality management procedures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of our ESG data.
  • Provide insightful guidance on regulatory compliance and ensure that our ESG disclosures meet the highest standards of transparency and accountability.
  • Conduct a final review and approval of all ESG disclosures before they are submitted to stakeholders or regulatory bodies.
  • Develop and implement internal audit procedures for ESG data and reporting processes.

What We're Looking For:

We are seeking a strategic thinker with a Master's degree in a relevant field and at least 2 years of experience in ESG reporting or related areas. You should be a data aficionado proficient in analysis tools and familiar with ESG reporting frameworks. You should also be an articulate communicator who can translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.

What We Offer:

ECCO offers a competitive salary and a fixed end-of-year allowance of 2.1%. We also offer at least 25 holidays and 4.5 ATV days when working on a full-time basis. You will also have the possibility to work from home one day a week and develop yourself through various training programs.
