As we continue to deliver outstanding performance for our customers, partners, and shareholders, we are seeking a talented individual to join our team as Topsides Concept Development Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing strategic focus, supervision, and guidance for Topsides Conceptual Feasibility Study/Pre-FEED and FEED of Floating platforms/facilities projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and organize for Topsides Conceptual Feasibility Study/pre-FEED/FEED including preparation of CTR's (Cost, Time and Resources) and engineering execution plan
  • Prepare engineering execution plan for each project being bid for supporting Proposal team including project engineering budget adherence for all the work executed.
  • Coordinate Engineering Subcontractors by preparing technical specifications, technical audit and evaluation subcontractor performances.
  • Have knowledge of safety policies and procedures and perform assigned duties in a safe manner.
  • Overall Topsides system design in concept stage based on the technical knowledge of P&IDs, PFDs, UFDs, SFDs, Heat & Material Balance table and each system component.
  • Interaction between engineering disciplines and other functions to coordinate with Lead Engineers of other engineering disciplines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or equivalent. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the offshore Oil & Gas industry including a minimum 2 years of management experience with technical leadership skills for problem-solving and conflict resolution experience will be preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of engineering practices and principles as well as an understanding of scientific methods of problem-solving.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing Topsides Conceptual Feasibility Studies during /pre-FEED/FEED or tender stage.
