About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our team at Marel. As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documents, including user manuals, technical data, marketing specifications, and solution specifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create content for technical documents using Adobe FrameMaker in accordance with the style guide
  • Develop 2D/3D illustrations for technical documents using SAP Visual Enterprise Author and Adobe Illustrator
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including engineers and product specialists
  • Follow and respect the development process
  • Contribute to improving departmental processes and Marel global processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical knowledge
  • Knowledge of Machinery Regulation and ISO 20607
  • Experience with 2D/3D application software and authoring tools
  • Ability to write clear and concise content regarding technically complex machines and software
  • Ability to convert complex processes into clear and instructive illustrations
