About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our team at Marel. As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documents, including user manuals, technical data, and marketing specifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and create technical documents using Adobe FrameMaker in accordance with the style guide.
  • Develop 2D/3D illustrations for technical documents using SAP Visual Enterprise Author and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including Engineers and Product Specialists.
  • Follow and respect the development process.
  • Contribute to improving departmental processes and Marel global processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical knowledge.
  • Knowledge of Machinery Regulation and ISO 20607.
  • Experience with 2D/3D application software and authoring tools.
  • Ability to write clear and concise content regarding technically complex machines and software.
  • Ability to create clear and instructive illustrations.
  • Understanding of operational, technological, and technical aspects of food processing machinery.
  • Excellent English writing and verbal skills.
