This is what you will do:
- Manage your time efficiently, multitask, and ensure every dish is served hot and fresh.
- Be responsible for the finishing touch and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Work independently in the kitchen while seamlessly collaborating with the waiting staff to ensure our guests are happy and satisfied.
- Organize and prepare ingredients (mise en place) to ensure smooth operations during service.
- Follow HACCP rules and food safety standards, ensuring a clean and safe kitchen environment.
- Jump in to assist in other outlets, such as our Burger Bar or Buffet Restaurant, whenever necessary.
What We\u0027re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a fast food restaurant or as a production/breakfast chef is beneficial.
- Strong multitasking abilities and excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work independently in the kitchen while maintaining high standards.
- Flexibility to assist in various kitchen outlets and work on different days as needed.
- Knowledge of HACCP is a plus.
