Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced XR Customer Success Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation and adoption of our XR healthcare solutions in hospitals across the Netherlands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support to nurses and physicians in hospitals, ensuring they have the necessary training and resources to effectively use our XR technology.
  • Work closely with our Business Developers to ensure seamless onboarding of new customers and successful implementation of our XR solutions.
  • Collaborate with our XR software development team to provide valuable insights and feedback on market trends and customer needs.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels.Fluency in Dutch and a strong understanding of the Dutch healthcare market.Experience working with XR technology and a passion for healthcare.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and success.What We Offer
