Clinical Trials Coordinator

Job Summary:
The Clinical Trials Centre (HKU-CTC) is a leading clinical trials management platform established under The University of Hong Kong LKS Faculty of Medicine (HKUMed). We are seeking a high-calibre talent to join our Site Management Unit (SMU) as a Senior Project Executive, Site Management.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support project feasibility assessment and development;
- Perform project logistics planning, coordination, and execution;
- Coordinate research ethics applications, submissions, and communication with research ethics committees;
- Prepare and negotiate project budgets, and manage project finances;
- Assist in the administration of clinical study contracts and agreements;
- Communicate effectively with research teams, internal stakeholders, and external collaborators;
- Provide training and mentoring to junior staff.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Biological/Life Sciences or related disciplines;
- Minimum 2 years' experience in clinical trials administration and coordination;
- Good knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory requirements;
- Effective coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills;
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese (proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage).
