Job Description:

At Genmab, we're committed to developing innovative treatments that change the lives of patients and the future of cancer treatment. We're seeking a talented Clinical Trial Associate Team Manager to join our team in the Trial Strategy and Delivery department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of Clinical Trial Associates, providing direction and support to ensure the success of our clinical trials.
  • Resource Allocation: Effectively allocate resources to support ongoing and upcoming clinical trials, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Training and Development: Develop comprehensive onboarding and training programs to equip Clinical Trial Associates with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in their roles.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate the performance of the Clinical Trial Associate team, implementing strategies to maintain consistency and uphold high standards across all team members.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree within life science or equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience.
  • Experience: At least 8 years of relevant experience in the biotechnology/pharmaceutical, CRO, or healthcare industry, with at least 2 years of management experience in industry settings.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to recruit and allocate resources efficiently. Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to develop and deliver training programs.
