Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Service Operations Supervisor to join our regional team covering operations in the Benelux, Nordics, and Baltic countries. The role will be based in the Netherlands, with occasional travel across Europe.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Remotely manage the BESS system, identifying issues, diagnosing the system, and analyzing risks.
  2. Develop and implement solutions for hardware and software using company platforms, tools, and libraries.
  3. Plan the maintenance/repair process, including timeframe, spare parts, and documentation.
  4. Continuously improve system performance.
  5. Train and lead the supplier's team during on-site troubleshooting and maintenance activities.
  6. Collaborate with customers to meet their needs, create and submit timely reports, and follow up on maintenance activities.
  7. Ensure safe operations and maintenance activities on-site, prioritizing safety as our top concern.
  8. Communicate with various stakeholders, including customers, subcontractors, project management, OEM, product, software, and technical teams.
  9. Track incidents in the maintenance platforms (Jira, Salesforce), ensure they move forward without delay.
  10. Register assets in the platform, track historical data, and maintain accurate records.
  11. Operate a personal company laptop as your main device.
  12. Familiarize yourself with main contractual requirements.

Requirements:
  1. Technical education at MBO level in electrical engineering or a related field.
  2. At least 2-3 years of industry experience in electrical engineering.
  3. Ability to quickly learn how to use company hardware, software, digital platforms, and tools.
  4. Driver's license (category B) and willingness to travel (15% of time) to sites in Europe.
  5. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
  6. Proactive, creative, team player, with a willingness to learn and support colleagues.
  7. Ability to work on several tasks, coordinating multiple sites.
  8. Holder of Dutch residence and physically located in the Netherlands or holder of an EU passport and willing to relocate to the Netherlands.
