Job Description

Coordination and management of ocean import orders involve planning, booking, and transportation. Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning and booking of ocean import orders
  • Coordination of shipments and order processing management
  • Customs processing and preparation of import documents
  • Documentation, administration, and invoicing
  • Feedback to customers through various means
  • Operational troubleshooting and non-conformance reporting
  • Cooperation with approved subcontractors
  • End-to-end processing and punctual order handling

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in ocean import shipments
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience
  • College degree preferred but not required
  • Good knowledge of Dutch and English
  • Strong communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills
  • Teamwork attitude and PC literacy
