Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Senior Product Designer to join our team and contribute to the development of our applications. As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences that meet both user needs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design of user interfaces and experiences across our applications;
  • Coach and mentor junior designers;
  • Collaborate with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions;
  • Conduct user research to inform design decisions;
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that clearly illustrate how the product functions and looks;
  • Ensure design consistency and quality across all products;
  • Develop and maintain the BAS Design System;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in product design;
  • Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD;
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, design thinking, and user-centered design;
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams;
  • Ability to balance user needs with business goals;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Experience in conducting user research;
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS;
  • Relevant education in Interaction Design or a related field.
