Job Title: Digital Workplace Transformation Leader

At ITL Netherlands, we are seeking a highly skilled Digital Workplace Transformation Leader to join our team. As a key member of our Digital Workplace Advisory Group, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients navigate their digital transformation journey.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned professional with expertise in digital workplace transformation, employee experience, and technology strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to lead large-scale digital workplace transformation programs, providing technology advisory services to clients and driving the adoption of emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead digital workplace transformation programs, working closely with clients, stakeholders, and service providers to deliver high-quality technical solutions.
  • Provide technology advisory services, including defining digital workplace strategies, employee experience transformation, and smart workspace design.
  • Manage a range of stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Develop and implement digital workplace solutions, leveraging industry standards, OEM standards, and service offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal governance committees and integration forums to drive strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in IT, with a focus on digital workplace technology and strategy.
  • Strong understanding of industry standards, OEM standards, and service offerings in the digital workplace domain.
  • Experience across multiple digital workplace technology domains, including employee experience, modern workplace, and endpoint management.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changing roles and situations.
