About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Transformation Expert to join our Kyndryl Consult team. As a key member of our global practice, you will drive digital transformation, mitigate risks, and achieve operational excellence for our clients.

With a strong background in IT consulting, program and/or project management, you will leverage your expertise to create a remarkable impact. You will work closely with senior leaders, both internally and among our esteemed clientele, to forge senior-level relationships and drive value-based outcomes.

As a Digital Transformation Expert, you will lead small teams of practitioners across multiple projects, nurturing your leadership skills and propelling your career within one of the fastest-growing IT consulting businesses on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead digital transformation initiatives for clients in the Financial Services and Insurance sectors.
  • Develop and execute consultative selling strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver complex consulting engagements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior leaders and clients.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of professional experience in IT consulting, program and/or project management.
  • In-depth knowledge and extensive experience within the Financial Services and Insurance sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in consultative selling and sales target achievement.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements and triggers within the Financial Services and Insurance market.
  • Proficient with technology and a high level of tech-savviness.
