About the Role

Metyis is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic team in Amsterdam. As a key member of our Global People Function, you will be responsible for HR Netherlands, working closely with our Global HR Leader and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, ensuring compliance with Dutch labor law requirements.
  • Develop, revise, and implement HR policies and procedures in line with global policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, master's degree advantageous.
  • 5-7 years of professional-level experience in human resources, leadership experience in international organizations preferred.
  • Relevant knowledge of Dutch labour law.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
