Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a global marketing strategy aligned with our business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and challenges in different regions.
- Manage the global marketing budget.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all markets.
- Oversee the development of marketing materials and campaigns that reflect our brand identity and values.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, events, and social media.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to optimize results.
- Lead and guide a diverse marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure a unified approach to market growth.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors.
- Utilize data and analytics to measure marketing effectiveness and ROI.
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovations, incorporating best practices into our marketing strategy.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with local regulations and industry standards.
- Identify and manage potential risks associated with marketing initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- At least 10 years of marketing experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
- An attractive salary, depending on your experience and education.
- 25 vacation days annually, with the possibility to earn an additional 4 days.
