Tender and Contracts Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Tender and Contracts Coordinator to join our team at Applied Medical. As a key member of our sales support team, you will be responsible for coordinating tender processes, managing contracts, and providing administrative support to our sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and track tender opportunities across healthcare procurement portals and share requirements with the sales and management teams.
  • Understand tender instructions and plan offer submissions in accordance with tender procedures and timelines, using approved content and templates.
  • Liaise with the local Sales team and internal departments to collect requested documentation.
  • Submit tenders via healthcare procurement portals within deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and price lists, and inform customers of price and product changes.
  • Notify Senior or Team Leader of any obstacles in the process.
  • Support the local French sales team by providing price quotations, sales brochures, and samples when required.
  • Translate English documents into French.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree level.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in an office-based, administrative role.
  • Near-native oral and written communication skills in French.
  • Good understanding of written texts, including complex legal language.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong affinity with sales support.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and Windows-based computer applications.
