We are seeking a skilled Functional Application Manager to join our IT Services team at Knab. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the management of our Identity and Access Management suite (IdentityNow) and our main ITSM tool (Jira).
Key Responsibilities- Configure roles and entitlements to grant employees access to systems on a need-to-know basis.
- Ensure employees are granted the correct roles automatically or that access to applications can be requested from the self-service portal.
- Provide advice to system owners on authorisation management and design of their application.
- Conduct access reviews in a timely manner and identify inefficiencies and suggest process improvements.
- Maintain the authorization design, creation and modification of project and related workflows in Jira.
The IT Services team consists of 4 1st line support engineers, 4 2nd line system administrators, 2 IT process managers and 2 Functional Application Managers. We are a collaborative and dynamic team that works together to provide an excellent digital workspace and experience for our colleagues.
Requirements- Service-oriented and approachable.
- Pragmatic, analytical and structured.
- Strong communication skills.
- Able to work independently.
- Focused on continuous improvement.
- Actively seeks collaboration with colleagues outside the team.
- English and Dutch, both written and spoken.
- Experience with or the will to learn Azure Active Directory.
- Experience with or the will to learn IdentityNow.
- Experience with or the will to learn Jira.
- ITL Certified.
- Familiar with role based access control (RBAC) and Identity and Access Management (IAM).
- Familiar with ticketing systems.
