Floor17 is a trendy concept that combines a restaurant and sky bar with a rooftop terrace offering stunning views of the city. We pride ourselves on serving high-quality food and drinks, using only the best and most responsible products. Our guests can enjoy a variety of activities, including rooftop movie nights, skating, and curling, as well as great events and live music.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for hospitality. You will be responsible for supervising a team of colleagues, training them to provide exceptional service, and ensuring that our high standards are met. Your expertise will help us to maintain our reputation as one of the top rooftop bars in Amsterdam.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the hospitality industry. You should have a strong understanding of hospitality principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills. A hospitality-related MBO education or equivalent is also desirable.
We offer a competitive salary of €45,000-€55,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a supplement of 15% in weekends and 70% travel allowance if you live further than 10 kilometers from your work. You will also have the opportunity to work overtime, which can be paid out or saved for extra time off. We value employee development and offer training courses through the Leonardo Development Lab.
