Are you a detail-oriented and analytical individual with a passion for process improvements? We are seeking a Business Process Analyst intern to join our dynamic Digital Communications team at ASML.
Background Information
The Digital Communications team is looking for a Business Process Analyst intern to drive the next wave of technological advancements in the semiconductor industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying, documenting, and assessing internal operational processes.
Your Assignment
As the Business Process Analyst intern, your roles and responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the identification, documentation, and assessment of internal operational processes in Digital Communications;
- Registering identified gaps, pain points, and risks in close dialogue with process owners and subject matter experts;
- Collecting, documenting, and assessing business requirements in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders;
- Participating in project life cycle-related activities such as planning, scoping, solution design, implementation, and outcome assessment.
Your Profile
To be a strong candidate for this internship, you should have a bachelor or master's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. You should also be proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio for process modeling. Additionally, you should be a curious and motivated self-starter with a hands-on approach and a problem-solving mindset. Solid analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills are also essential for this role.
