We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Underwriting Support Specialist to join our team in Benelux. As an Underwriting Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our underwriting team in evaluating and pricing risks in accordance with Chubb guidelines and underwriting authority.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in all tasks related to underwriting, including evaluating and pricing risks, and ensuring portfolio sustainability.
- Work closely with underwriting and sales teams to promote our offering and exploit cross-selling opportunities.
- Review and adapt underwriting offers with experienced underwriters and assist in contract negotiations with brokers when necessary.
- Ensure effective management of policies throughout their life cycle.
- Cooperate with internal departments, including Operations, Claims, and Small and Middle Market Segments leaders.
- Support all developments necessary to achieve our business strategies.
- Native/bilingual level in Dutch.
- Excellent level of English (C1).
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, and Word).
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail, adherence to deadlines, and willingness to deliver and improve the quality of our offerings.
- 6 months of contract with the possibility of converting into a permanent one.
