About the Role

As an International Portfolio & Innovation Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of new product development (NPD) from concept ideation to commercialization. You will lead project teams, work closely with R&D, CMI, P&T, Finance, and Operational teams to drive consumer-centric product innovation while considering feasibility and costs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage the NPD process from concept ideation to commercialization
  • Lead project teams to drive consumer-centric product innovation
  • Work closely with Marketing teams and Category Management to develop winning NPD propositions
  • Foster a culture of innovation and creativity within the organization
  • Assess the existing product portfolio and identify areas for improvement
  • Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions for portfolio enhancements or discontinuations
Requirements
  • Bachelor or Master Degree
  • Minimum 5-7 years' experience in FMCG marketing with a focus on NPD and Portfolio management
  • Proven track record in launching NPD from ideation to execution in market
  • Experience with project management and cross-functional team working
  • Knowledge of the FMCG market
