We are seeking an experienced International Portfolio & Innovation Manager to lead the development and execution of our brand growth strategy in Europe. As a key member of our Marketing department, you will be responsible for driving innovation and portfolio growth across our Candy brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive brand growth strategy for Europe, aligned with our global business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive innovation and portfolio growth, including product development, marketing, and sales.
  • Collaborate with our global teams to ensure alignment and consistency in brand messaging and marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.
  • Manage and optimize our product portfolio to maximize profitability and drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in FMCG marketing, with a focus on product innovation and portfolio management.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth through innovation and portfolio management.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate with global teams.
  • Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global business environment.
