Are you ready to embark on a rewarding career journey with a global leader in the snacking industry? Mondelēz International is seeking talented young graduates to join our Early Career Program, a unique opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Program OverviewOur Early Career Program is designed to provide you with a comprehensive learning experience, combining on-the-job training with guidance from senior managers and mentors. You will have the chance to work across our commercial functions, gaining depth and breadth of knowledge and skills, and exposure to industry experts.
During the program, you will be placed in a series of full-time roles, starting in Sales, followed by opportunities to broaden and enhance your skills-set in other departments, such as Category Management, Marketing, Data Insights, E-commerce, or Sales.
What We Look For- Graduate status (up to max. 1 year after graduation) or student in the final year of master's studies
- University courses preferred: General Business Administration, (International) Management, (International) Business Development, Marketing & Communications, Economy, Marketing analytics and data science
- First relevant working experience in commercial function
- Fluent English & Dutch (mandatory)
- Profound analytical and communication skills
- Passion to pursue a career in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods
- Driver's license
