Job Summary

Olympia is seeking a skilled System Support Specialist to join our Engineering Team within the Innovation, Projects and Stock Control Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing first-line system support for multiple sites, diagnosing and prioritizing issues, and communicating with relevant individuals within other departments.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, with a strong hands-on mentality and ability to work in a team environment. You will be responsible for managing operational system issues, acquiring and maintaining a thorough understanding of transport and warehouse processes, and monitoring follow-up actions.

In addition to your technical skills, you will be expected to participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including proofing system issues in the test system and suggesting structural solutions in cooperation with Logistics Engineering and Operations.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Strong hands-on mentality and ability to work in a team environment
  • Warehouse operations and/or coordination skills
  • 1-3 years working experience in a warehousing role
  • Willing to work in shift rotation
  • Eager to learn
  • A proficient level of English
  • Experience with MS Office, mainly Excel
  • Relevant experience with TMS and WMS systems
