About the Job

At Lely, we're looking for a skilled Learning & Development Expert to join our Digital Operations Center (DOC) team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining the knowledge of our technicians in over 34 countries, ensuring they have a good understanding of Lely's farm management system, Lely Horizon.

You will work closely with the DOC technical specialists to create clear, easy-to-understand Knowledge Base (KB) articles and trainings, and provide training to various types of colleagues across the organization.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the training curriculum and shared knowledge about Lely Horizon.
  • Prepare and give trainings to colleagues, adapting your approach to different user groups.
  • Capture feedback from stakeholders and process it into new or updated training materials.
  • Escalate roadmap issues with stakeholders when progress is behind.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in your field and share insights within the organization.

Requirements

  • Experience in learning and development, with a focus on training and development.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
