Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team on a permanent basis. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients, ensuring that all HR processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Deliver proactive, employee-focused professional administration services.
  2. Provide administrative support and assist with various HR functions.
  3. Ensure the smooth operation of HR processes by working closely with HR Business Partners, Payroll teams, employees, and internal stakeholders.
  4. Prepare employment contracts and necessary addenda.
  5. Facilitate the offboarding process.
  6. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee records.
  7. Maintain electronic records and a repository of template contracts.
  8. Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.
  9. Assist with posting job vacancies on various job boards and our company website.
  10. Escalate complex issues to HR managers as necessary.
  11. Support HR managers in conducting audits and maintaining compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  12. Manage HR department correspondence and documentation.
  13. Prepare and distribute HR-related documents.

Requirements

We are looking for an individual with previous experience in HR administration or a related role. Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are also required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for success in this role. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information is a must. Knowledge of French HR laws and regulations is a plus. HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is desirable but not mandatory. We require fluency in French for this region.
