Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team at WERKVIS. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies tailored to the Dutch market. Your primary objective will be to drive sales growth through effective sales strategy development and execution, while maintaining strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Developing and executing sales strategies tailored to the Dutch market
• Identifying new business opportunities and managing key accounts
• Collaborating with the marketing team to ensure alignment with company goals
• Managing sales performance and providing regular updates to senior management

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in sales and sales management
• Strong sales strategy development and execution skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven track record in sales and achieving targets
