Your Role
As an Assistant Tax Manager specializing in Transfer Pricing, you will engage with a diverse range of clients while being part of a vibrant, rapidly expanding team characterized by a proactive approach. You will oversee transfer pricing initiatives from inception to completion, allowing for swift growth in both knowledge and practical experience. Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Conducting client interviews both domestically and internationally;
- Drafting and negotiating Advance Pricing Agreements with the tax authority's APA team;
- Providing counsel on transfer pricing risks, particularly during due diligence processes;
- Cultivating client relationships and attracting new clients for transfer pricing projects;
- Building and nurturing connections with industry associations and prospective clients.
Your Environment
Our tax team comprises approximately 16 professionals. We thrive in a dynamic environment that emphasizes individual contributions to achieve optimal results, staying abreast of the latest trends, and assisting our clients in enhancing their operations daily. Our clientele primarily includes larger SMEs and international corporations, focusing on compliance support and advisory services in transfer pricing, corporate taxation, EU and Green tax regulations, global mobility, tax governance, and global tax policy.

Your Profile
You are an effective communicator who excels in navigating challenges. Your positive flexibility inspires your team. As an Assistant Tax Manager in Transfer Pricing, you align with the following qualifications:
- A completed degree in taxation or economics at the university level;
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in transfer pricing;
- Proficient communication skills in both Dutch and English;
- Experience in mentoring and developing junior staff, with strong verbal and written communication abilities;
- A collaborative team player capable of independently managing assignments.
