Your RoleWe are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to play a key role in the development and optimization of mechanical systems for our vessels. As a Senior Engineer Mechanical, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions, ensuring compliance with industrial standards and classification requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Design and optimize mechanical systems for our vessels
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions
- Monitor engineering progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure projects are completed on time
- Support the client, class, and national authorities' approval process
- Ensure appropriate quality of engineering work within one or more projects at a technical level
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in the field of Mechanical (Maritime) Engineering, an interest in innovation and an open mindset to new technologies, and good communication skills. You will also need to be proactive, creative, and working accurately, with a practical approach and a quality consciousness.
