Project Leader Series Turbocharger

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Leader Series to join our team at Mitsubishi Turbocharger and Engine Europe B.V. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and represent the project team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and requirements.
- Analyze and respond to customer requirements, communicating effectively with the organization.
- Negotiate with customers on cost, price, lead time, and project steps.
- Prepare and review sample and series quotations.
- Review and update forecast planning, informing the demand planner.
- Calculate and analyze project profits.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role as Project Leader.
- Experience in the automotive industry, preferably in a high-tech mass production environment.
- Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English, both verbal and written.
- Degree in a technical field such as mechanical engineering or similar, or a degree in business or economics complemented by technical knowledge.
- A competitive salary ranging from €3700 to €5400 gross per month.
- 27 days annual leave and 5 bank holidays.
