At Mitsubishi Turbocharger and Engine Europe, we're seeking a highly skilled Project Leader Series to spearhead our most ambitious projects for major car brands. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing project timelines, prioritizing tasks, and implementing solutions to drive business outcomes.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and represent the project team, ensuring seamless collaboration between Operations, Engineering, Purchasing, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Analyze and respond to customer requirements, communicating effectively with the organization.
  • Negotiate with customers to secure cost-effective solutions, manage project steps, and prepare quotations.
  • Review and update forecast planning, informing the demand planner and calculating project profits.
What We're Looking For:
  • A degree in a technical field, such as mechanical engineering, or a degree in business/economics with technical knowledge.
  • Preferably, experience in the automotive industry, with at least 3 years in a similar role as Project Leader.
  • Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English, both verbal and written.

  • A competitive salary ranging from €3700 to €5400 gross per month, reflective of your expertise and experience.
