We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Leader Series to join our team at Mitsubishi Turbocharger and Engine Europe B.V. As a Project Leader Series, you will be responsible for managing our most ambitious projects for major car brands.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and representing the project team, the project, and associated change management process after Start of Series Production
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Analyzing and responding to customer requirements and communicating this appropriately to the organization
- Negotiating with customers (cost, price, lead time, project steps)
- Preparing sample and series quotations
- Reviewing and updating forecast planning and informing the demand planner
- Calculating, keeping track of, and analyzing the profit of your projects

What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary ranging from €3700 to €5400 gross per month, reflective of your expertise and experience. In addition, we offer:

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in a technical field such as mechanical engineering or similar; or a degree in business or economics complemented by technical knowledge
- Preferably experience in the automotive industry
- At least 3 years' experience in a similar role as Project Leader
- Experience in a high-tech mass production environment
- Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English, both verbal and written
