Vacature Senior Test Engineer

Wat wij vragen
  1. Uitgebreide ervaring in Instrumentatie of Elektronica Engineering, met een relevante hbo- of wo-opleiding.
  2. Sterke domeinkennis van Functionele Veiligheid in de procesindustrie en ervaring met standaarden zoals IEC61508 en IEC61511.
  3. Bekendheid met systemen zoals ESD, F&G, BMS, en HIPPS. TuV-certificering voor Functionele Veiligheid is een pré.
  4. Kennis van het volledige engineeringsproces voor veiligheidssystemen en ervaring met HAZOP-analyse, risico-assessment en functionele veiligheidsaudits.
  5. Ervaring met PLC-programmering en kennis van cyberbeveiliging is een voordeel.

Verantwoordelijkheden

In deze uitdagende rol als Senior Test Engineer ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het waarborgen van de kwaliteit en veiligheid van complexe veiligheidssystemen. Je ontwerpt teststrategieën, voert systeemtests uit en zorgt ervoor dat producten voldoen aan de hoogste veiligheidseisen binnen de procesindustrie. Een typische dag kan bestaan uit het ontwikkelen van testplannen, het samenwerken met architecten en ontwerpers om de testvereisten vast te stellen, en het implementeren van innovatieve automatiseringstechnieken om de efficiëntie te verbeteren. Je werkt samen met multidisciplinaire teams en draagt bij aan projecten die een wereldwijde impact hebben.


  1. Testplanning en Dekking: Creëren van testplannen en procedures die zijn afgestemd op productvereisten en klantomgevingen.
  2. Systeemtesten: Leiding geven aan systeemtests en het minimaliseren van post-release defecten, met als doel het verbeteren van de defectverwijderingsefficiëntie.
  3. Projectlevering: Zorgen voor tijdige levering van projectdoelen en productiviteit op projectniveau.
  4. Ontwerpvereisten: Beoordelen van architectuur en ontwerp, en teststrategieën ontwikkelen voor niet-functionele vereisten.
  5. Innovatie en Automatisering: Bijdragen aan productinnovaties en automatiseringstechnieken ontwikkelen om de efficiëntie te verhogen.
