About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Development Engineer to join our team at Renesas Electronics. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative test solutions for our mixed-signal ICs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement test strategies for our mixed-signal ICs in collaboration with our design teams and Design for Test Department.
- Design and develop software and hardware for our state-of-the-art mixed-signal automated test systems.
- Support design verification and silicon characterization in cooperation with design teams and product engineering.
- Implement, correlate, and release reliable test solutions at our Asian subcontractors and support mass production ramp.
- Maintain and improve production test setups during product lifetime.
- Drive technical innovation in the department.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff members.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in developing ATE test programs for analogue and mixed-signal ICs.
- Experience with PMIC - Audio and RF-related design blocks and corresponding test methods.
- Proven programming skills in C/VBA.
- Preference for working with IGXL-based platforms like J750, Iflex, and Uflex testers.
- Experience in working with international and cross-functional teams.
- Fluent written and verbal English is essential.
- Engineering degree in Electronics or equivalent education.
