About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an Implementation Project Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality implementation projects for our clients in the e-commerce payment sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from planning to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Develop and execute implementation plans for onboarding, testing, and launch of new merchants.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer and relationship management, to understand business requirements and deliver project roadmaps.
- Present project reports and updates to key stakeholders at regular business review meetings.
- Act as an escalation point for merchants and colleagues, resolving incidents and implementing measures to prevent reoccurrence.
- Stay up-to-date with changing technical trends in the payment processing industry and wider technical trends.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in managing projects and presenting to stakeholders.
- Experience working within a technical team or role.
- Experience handling complex customer technical integrations.
- Strong problem-solving and solution design skills.
- Ability to engage with C-level stakeholders and clients.
Desirable Skills
While not essential, the following skills would be beneficial:
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, payment gateway implementation, and subscription platforms.
- Programming/scripting language skills, such as JSON, PHP,.NET, Ruby, Java, HTML, CSS, XML, or JavaScript.
- Database technology knowledge.
- Experience with reading server logs via SPLUNK.
- Multi-lingual and multi-cultural skills.
