Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled First Line Support Engineer to join our team at Trinamics Beheer B.V. This role involves providing technical support to resolve complex issues, coordinating follow-up actions, and collaborating with Manufacturing Engineering and D&E to prevent issue recurrence.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver first-line technical support to resolve complex issues promptly and efficiently.
- Coordinate follow-up actions to minimize cycle time impact and ensure optimal system performance.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering and D&E to identify and implement solutions to prevent issue recurrence.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing to enhance the self-support capability of the first-line team.
- Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects to drive innovation and excellence in our production processes.
Requirements
- Technical degree (BSc/MSc/PhD) in fields such as Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or (Applied) Physics.
- Experience in a production environment with complex technical products, preferably in troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- 0-2 years of proven experience in analyzing complex problems, or recent graduates with strong affinity for production and troubleshooting.
- Strong team player with excellent social and communication skills.
- Pragmatic attitude with a proactive and initiative-driven approach.
- Ability to handle stress and high sense of responsibility.
- Good organizational skills and proficiency in English communication (spoken and written).
