Project Development Coordinator

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for project coordination?

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team at International Flavors & Fragrances (IFF). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the delivery of projects that develop and commercialize winning scent solutions for our customers.

This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week. Four days will be spent in our Hilversum Creative Center, and one day will be spent working from home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand project objectives and communicate the approved project plan to team members
  • E nsure all resources needed for the project are available at the Creative Center
  • Control and monitor project progress against the project plan and brief parameters
  • F acilitate project planning and network
  • Deliver projects successfully from a logistics perspective
  • Follow the project through until closure, recording results in PUMA (Won, Lost, Cancelled)
  • F acilitate customer visits, meetings, and distribute minutes
Account Strategy
  • Develop understanding of account strategy based on Category/Region
  • B uild and maintain understanding of customer portfolio, activities, strategy, brand, market, and decision-making process
  • B uild knowledge of Commercial Value To Market strategies in liaison with Sales
Knowledge Management
  • Assist with updating status on projects in PUMA
  • A bility to work and contribute to knowledge management within projects, accounts, creative center (including SharePoint)
Business Process Management & Systems
  • D evelop a full understanding of sampling and shipping processes
  • A gile usage and navigation of IFF tools and systems to ensure information is up-to-date and follows business standards
  • C ontribute to identifying, developing, and sharing best practices
Reporting
  • S upport gathering, analyzing, and reporting for projects and within the creative center
  • O verseer team awareness of the Cost to Serve; costs associated with projects and take actions to optimize when possible

Required Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Fluent in Business English;
  • Proficient in computing (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with SAP is a plus

We estimate the salary for this role to be around €55,000 - €65,000 per annum, depending on your qualifications and experience. We strive to create an inclusive workplace where each of our colleagues can bring their authentic self to work.
