About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our dynamic team of fragrance development specialists. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving the delivery of projects to develop and commercialize winning scent solutions for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand project objectives and support communication of the approved project plan to team members
  • Ensure all necessary resources are available for project execution
  • Monitor and control project progress against the plan and brief parameters
  • Facilitate project planning and coordination
  • Deliver projects successfully from a logistics perspective
  • Record project outcomes in the project management system PUMA
  • Support customer visits, meetings, and distribute meeting minutes

Account Strategy

  • Develop understanding of account strategy based on category/region
  • Build and maintain understanding of customer portfolio, activities, strategy, brand, market, and decision-making process
  • Build knowledge of commercial value to market strategies in liaison with sales

Knowledge Management

  • Assist with updating project status in PUMA
  • Contribute to knowledge management within projects, accounts, and creative center

Business Process Management & Systems

  • Develop full understanding of sampling and shipping process
  • Agile usage and navigation of IFF tools and systems to ensure information is up-to-date and according to business standards
  • Contribute to identify, develop, and share best practices

Reporting

  • Support gathering, analyzing, and reporting for projects and within the creative center
  • Oversee team awareness of cost to serve and ensure actions are taken to optimize when possible

Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Fluent in business English
  • Proficient in computing (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with SAP is a plus

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) with 4 days per week in the Creative Center and 1 day per week from home.
