Job Title: Project Coordinator - Agencies & Distribution - Fragrance Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team in Agencies & Distribution - Fragrance. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining understanding of customer fragrance portfolio, activities, strategy, brand, market, and decision-making process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building knowledge of Commercial Value-To-Market strategies in liaison with Sales
  • Independent direct collaboration with A&D Partners in various countries related to any day-to-day communication, project coordination, etc.
  • Portfolio Price Maintenance in SAP
  • Price List Management
  • Marketing Support (sending newsletters, presentations, etc.)
  • Entry & Management of projects in IFF Project Management System "PUMA" (close older ones, create new ones)
  • Assignment of collection fragrances in PUMA to A&D partner under admin projects.
  • Managing "Scents Online" Portal requests and complaints
  • Oil Sampling: Entering in "Pacman", Following Up and Sending
  • Collect and provide regulatory documentation and answering to basic regulatory questions.
  • Sustainability Requests (e.g. CO2 footprint)
  • Involved in some cases for supply chain management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Completed apprenticeship in Trade / Office Management or Bachelor degree in business
  • 3 years+ experience in dealing with customers in a sales assistant position or working in project coordination / support role.
  • Preferably fragrance industry, FMCG or Chemical industry experience
