The key duties of this role include:

  • Providing assistance with plastification, tea-bag application, and checking cheeses or batches of cheese
  • Inspecting cheeses for deviations and refurbishing them as needed
  • Operating machinery, such as the pump cart and metal detection system
  • Cleaning equipment and production areas
  • Ensuring accurate documentation and data entry
