Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support the preparation and coordination of documents, reports, and other materials for various ESA Directorates. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the preparation of documents, reports, and other materials for ESA Directorates, including formatting, document versioning control, and archiving.
  • Coordinate the preparation and publication of recurrent and non-recurrent documents, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with GCDs or DRDs.
  • Perform proofreading, formatting, and editing to ensure documents are structured, written, and formatted consistently.
  • Produce or modify document templates to ensure compliance with ESA standards.
  • Coordinate the planning, tracking, and submission of papers to ensure timely delivery of formal documents.
  • Support the coordination and publication of documents prepared by the ESA Executive for the Programme Board.
  • Establish and maintain the archive of documents.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in the use of ESA's information systems and tools.
  • Proficient in the English language, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of another ESA member-state language is an asset.
