About the Role
ING is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Journey Expert to join our Financial Markets team. As a key member of our change delivery department, you will play a critical role in successfully delivering change initiatives and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide impactful analysis to support efficient change across complex environments.
- Partner with squads to maximize business value by providing clear and developer-ready content for user stories.
- Translate and explain business requirements to IT engineers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Ensure that change delivery covers all necessary aspects, including process and system improvements.
- Structure, simplify, and solve issues on processes and systems.
- Participate in end-to-end refinement and solution design sessions.
- Provide process design and visualization.
- Work independently to ensure implications of decisions are thought through and addressed.
- Manage complexity and keep track of market and competition developments.
- Lead, guide, and inspire others in specific areas and manage deliverables.
- Create an environment of open dialogue that encourages expertise development through collaboration and idea-sharing.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to identify business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Train and coach involved parties to ensure understanding, adoption, and proper implementation of proposed solutions.
- Accumulate and collect knowledge, keep it up-to-date, and make it accessible for re-use.
Requirements
- Completed a bachelor's degree.
- 5+ years background in Financial Markets and/or Treasury with exposure to Trading Market Risk.
- Experience in Risk Management.
- Familiar with Financial Markets regulation.
- Experience with working in Agile/Scrum.
- Problem-solving mentality.
- Good communication skills (in English), communication and presentation skills across different skill and seniority levels.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to a changing environment.
- Ability to work in a diverse and multi-cultural environment.
What We Offer
- A salary tailored to your qualities and experience.
- 36 or 40 hour workweek.
- Individual leave: 24+2 individual holiday days based on 36 hr workweek.
