Scientist - Process Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer or Scientist to join our team at Oxford Global Resources. As a key member of our process development group, you will be responsible for developing and improving existing downstream processes.
You will work closely with a small team of technicians and scientists to transfer DSP processes from clients to production. This will involve troubleshooting, method development, and hands-on work in the lab to develop methods on a small scale.
As a Process Engineer or Scientist, you will also be responsible for designing and planning experiments, communicating with clients and internal departments, and writing reports and SOPs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and improve existing downstream processes
- Transfer DSP processes from clients to production
- Design and plan experiments
- Communicate with clients and internal departments
- Write reports and SOPs
Requirements:
- Master's degree in a relevant field (biochemistry, life sciences, biotech, etc)
- 5+ years of experience in DSP
- Process development experience
- GMP experience is a plus
- Proficiency in Dutch is a plus
- EU work permit
