We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Lean Improvement Specialist to join our team at Neways Electronics International NV. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving and managing lean improvement projects, workshops, and initiatives.
Your Key Tasks:
- Support and optimize current improvement structure within NAA
- Co-design the further development of Continuous Improvement in NAA
- Support in the development of the "strategic / operational" goals of NAA
- Drive, manage, and support lean improvement projects, workshops, and initiatives
- Ensure efficient workshop and project tracking (key figures development) until project closure
- Implement lean management methods (i.e. leader standard work, 5S, Kaizen workshops, value stream mapping, SMED)
- Train and coach colleagues with the methods from Lean Production to support the achievement of goals
- Contribute to standardization and further development of the Continuous Improvement strategy
- Execute and implement lean assessments
We are looking for a candidate who embodies the following qualities:
- Has a hands-on mentality and is eager to learn and develop themselves and their colleagues
- Knows how to motivate the organization to embrace the Lean philosophy
- Has completed a technical or business-related bachelor or master, and holds a Black Belt Certification, with 5-10 years of relevant working experience in a similar role
- Has a good command of English, with Dutch being a plus
