About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our HR team in Amsterdam. As a key member, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing and reporting on HR processes and data to drive insights and strategic planning.
Salary and Benefits
The compensation package includes a base salary of €60,000 per year, supplemented by an 8% holiday allowance, a guaranteed bonus of 4%, and a variable bonus tied to individual performance and company results. Additionally, you will receive 27 days of leave, 13 extra days of leave (ADV), and a 'Metalektro' Collective Labour Agreement.
Job Description
As a Data Analyst for HR Process Optimization, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Working extensively with data to gather essential insights that drive HR and business administration decisions
- Providing data analysis support for various projects related to recruitment, labor conditions, career planning, headcount, personnel systems, and administration
- Analyzing monthly personnel expenses and balance accounts
- Preparing yearly budgeting headcount and personnel expenses
- Serving as a subject matter expert for payroll and wage tax
- Forecasting and trend analysis within the organization
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in HR Data Management or HR Data Analytics, or a junior profile with at least 1 year of relevant experience
- A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or Finance-related studies, or equivalent experience
- An excellent understanding of Dutch labor law and HR processes
- Dutch Payroll knowledge is a significant advantage
- Advanced Excel skills
- An analytical mind with attention to detail
